Our client, a prominent global leader in the automobile sector, is seeking a skilled data engineering professional to work with the latest advancements in cloud computing and data technology. In this role, you will design and develop robust, scalable data pipelines while ensuring high standards of data governance, automation, and quality.

You’ll be joining the team at a critical time, playing a key role in their AWS migration, where you ll collaborate with various teams to maintain legacy systems while transitioning to cloud infrastructure. If you’re excited about utilizing data to generate impactful business insights, this position is for you.

This is a hybrid position and requires a 3 day/week onsite expectation.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years in enterprise-level data engineering, particularly in building and optimizing data lakes and big data platforms.
• 4+ years working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• At least 3 years of experience working with AWS services, especially Lambda (IAM, S3, API Gateway, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
• Proficiency in Apache Airflow.
• Advanced SQL expertise (able to create complex queries from scratch).
• Strong Python skills for building sophisticated data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, TSQL, C#).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, data security, and data quality.
